Software Architect The Software Architect designs and modernizes the AAA Dashboard's technical infrastructure, ensuring scalability and interoperability with DLA systems. Responsibilities: Lead the transition from legacy systems to a centralized web-based platform using Angular, Node.js, and MongoDB. Design microservices architecture for seamless integration with DLA's Business Case Analysis (BCA) Simulator. Develop API gateways to connect the dashboard with SAP ERP, GCSS-Army, and other logistics systems. Conduct feasibility studies for machine learning integration (e.g., LTC Add Score algorithm). Enforce DevSecOps best practices, including static code analysis and automated testing. Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to address STIG vulnerabilities and maintain ATO. Mentor junior developers and review pull requests for code quality. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred). 8+ years of software architecture experience, including 3+ years with DoD systems. Expertise in MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js), RESTful APIs, and AWS GovCloud. IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE, CISSP) required. Active IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive (Tier 3) clearance. U.S. citizenship required.
