Purpose
Support People Operations while one of our People Operations Specialists is on LOA. Responsibilities will include:
- ACA Reporting
- Benefits in Arrears tracking
- Workers Comp and LOA management support (Return to Work, investigations, employee files)
- Documentation of Benefits Processes - Visio process flows, exploration & documentation of the process
- Support and interaction with our new Healthcare Broker (reports, data, scheduling meetings, etc.)
- New Hire Support (New Hire Orientation, etc.) - new employee data entry, coordinating weekly orientation calendar & sending out email to players, checking onboarding reports to ensure people have completed necessary steps
- Exit management/processing - including monitoring exit reports to ensure necessary steps have been completed at the right time
- Assist with identifying automation opportunities for exit processing, new hire processing, etc.
- Support for Talent Acquisition implementation (impacted policies, competitive data intelligence, etc.)
- Manage People Inbox - raw data counting (counting # emails received in each of a defined set of categories, review & categorization of inquiries)
- Assist with income verifications

The pay range for this role in Beaverton, OR is between $60,600 and $79,590
. The pay range may differ in other locations. FormFactor maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
