Are you a seasoned IT professional with a passion for problem-solving and innovation? We are looking for a highly skilled Information Systems Analyst 4 to play a critical role in optimizing, maintaining, and designing software applications that support key business and clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing software applications to ensure optimal performance.
  • Design, build, test, and support new applications and modules within the portfolio and service line.
  • Develop deep expertise in software applications, operational workflows, and business or clinical policies, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Collaborate with business owners, vendors, and ISS team members to evaluate and implement solutions for complex challenges.
  • Support key applications, including but not limited to HBS (through 2025) and UKG Pro Workforce Management (anticipated go-live November 2025).

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in application design, testing, and support.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, business owners, and vendors.
  • In-depth knowledge of software applications and operational workflows.

This flexible hybrid role allows for a blend of remote and on-site work, requiring presence on-site at 5-10% of the time, and as needed based on operational requirements. Please note, travel to the "home office" location is not reimbursed. Each employee will complete a FlexWork Agreement with their manager to outline expectations and ensure mutual understanding. These arrangements are periodically reviewed and may be adjusted or terminated as necessary.

Salary offers are based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and internal equity. The full salary range for this position is $102,500- $227,700 annually. The University anticipates offering a salary between the $102,500 -140,000 annually.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Abilities

* Broad and/or in-depth knowledge of multiple areas of focus in application specialty areas. Knowledge of systems and functions, including design, development, implementation, user support and training, maintenance, quality assurance, and system testing and evaluation.

* Ability to research, organize, analyze, and synthesize data to support effective decision making.

* Must be detail oriented and have a knack for probing for information, in order to fully understand the underlying needs that influence how a system should be configured/ organized.

* Ability to decide priority of assigned tasks and manage multiple and competing tasks.

* Ability to work effectively as a team player and work with people of all backgrounds, at all levels.

* Effective leadership skills and strong customer service orientation.

* Strong written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to convey technical information to all levels of application users in a specific, clear, and concise manner.

* Ability to remain calm in difficult and stressful situations. Must be able to recognize problems, evaluate, and refer to the appropriate channels for action.

* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train, support, and work collaboratively with business owners, team members, and management.

Required Knowledge and Experience

* Demonstrated technical and functional proficiency with UKG Workforce Central

* Demonstrated proficiency with scripting, report development and application configuration

* Experience documenting and testing functionality within an application

* Past participation in all stages of the application development life cycle: planning, creating, testing, deploying, and maintaining an application.

* Demonstrated proficiency with information systems technology, which also includes Microsoft Office Suite, email, intranet, internet, and other systems.

* Demonstrated skill in system workflow and business process flow analysis and design.

* Bachelor's Degree in health care information technology, computer science, or related area

Preferred Knowledge and Experience

* Implementation of Time & Attendance System, such as UKG Workforce Central

* Demonstrated experience with cloud technologies and utilizing APIs

* Demonstrated proficiency with Oracle / MS SQL database, UNIX Scripting, Crystal Reports, IIS, Python

* Demonstrated proficiency with BOOMI

* Development, standardization and automation of reporting (i.e. Tableau)

* Adoption of technology and new systems

* Custom configurations for an application and/or hardware (i.e. scripting, website development)

* Familiarity with, from an application standpoint, Windows and UNIX/AIX server configuration and management
