The Sales and Service Representative is responsible for processing transactions and other customer service requests in the branch. Facilitates customer awareness and education of bank capabilities, tools, and resources. Supports the sales efforts of a branch team by identifying and referring sales opportunities to the appropriate bank partner.

Responsibilities

The essential functions of the job include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following:

  • Engaging customers in conversation to understand their banking needs and preferences
  • Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Providing assistance with account servicing needs
  • Facilitating customer awareness and education of bank services, including digital banking capabilities
  • Introducing customers to other branch team members or bank partners who are able to provide solutions for their financial needs

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED and 6 months customer service experience
  • Preferred Skills and Experiences:
    • 1+ years of recent cash-handling experience is highly preferred
    • 1+ years of recent banking experience
    • 1+ years of experience in sales; experience with reaching out to current and prospective clients, upselling, and/or cross-selling
    • Professional communication skills, written and verbal
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Please note that this position works full-time in branch and will require daily commute to 1601 28th Street, Boulder, CO 80301.

The base pay for this position is generally between $18.50 and $32.06 per hour. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
