Technical Program Manager SHAPE THE FUTURE OF MOBILITY FROM DAY ONE. This position is part of our Advanced Safety and User Experience segment (AS&UX) Your Role Own & ensure high-quality, at-cost, and on-time delivery of their product Own technical product roadmap that defines the "how" to deliver to the product roadmap, e.g., convert use cases into epics / stories / tasks, determine required time for delivery, balance competing Eng. needs etc. Collaborate with Product Manager to refine product roadmap considering tech feasibility, etc. Support engineering resource staffing onto product teams Ensure that the team meets project targets in terms of content, quality, timing and cost Remove any external roadblocks for engineering teams to ensure in-time delivery of results Manage and support external partners working with internal engineers. Attract, recruit and retain new talents Responsible to develop, guide, mentor, evaluate, train, manage and recognize employees Comply with applicable policies and procedures, including compliance to Competency design and methodology direction for Platform specific designs Managing Budget & Capital Planning Your Background Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your: Bachelor, MSc degree in engineering Team oriented Methodical approach to problem solving experience with managing a team Technical knowledge in the related field Prior experience in automotive industry Commitment to ongoing projects and implementing improvements Experience from project management, certification would be a plus Lead by influence type of skillset Why join us?
