THE JOB:

As a Cocktail Server at Blossom Cocktail Lounge, you'll be the life of the party and the heart of the guest experience. You'll deliver impeccable service, engage with guests, and contribute to a lively and memorable atmosphere in a chic, upscale setting. Whether you're serving a signature cocktail or entertaining in a branded event, you'll play a key role in creating those WOW moments that keep our guests coming back for more. THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Provide and expedite beverage orders for guests; maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned area, including side stations, tables, and POS stations.

• Perform in marketing and promotional activities such as comedy acts, photo shoots, social media engagement, and events outside the venue to promote the brand.

• Collect payments, follow proper cash handling and comp procedures, and build a personal clientele list to enhance guest loyalty.

• Maintain assigned wardrobe/costumes, assist in training new team members, and resolve guest complaints or escalate as needed to management or Security.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Naturally engaging with a warm, confident presence that connects easily with guests.
• Exceptional ability to anticipate guest needs, personalize service, and deliver an elevated, memorable experience.
• Actively builds rapport with guests to grow a personal clientele and drive repeat business.

Pay Rate

The starting rate for this role is:

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
