Job Summary Precision OT part of Belden's Broadband Solutions is a leading provider of high-performance optical networking equipment. We deliver optical transceivers, transport solutions and access technologies that power broadband, service provider, data center and enterprise newtorks The Customer Support Specialist is an extension of the sales team to drive greater efficiency and productivity for the sales organization, while delivering an outstanding customer experience for all Precision Optical Technologies (OT) customers. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for maintaining an understanding of Precision OT's internal sales systems and processes while acting as the subject matter expert for all internal questions and escalations around these processes. At Precision OT we know that our customers deserve the best possible experience when working with our team members and sales professionals. The Customer Support Specialist is a driving force behind efficiency and productivity in the Sales organization. Our CSSs are fully integrated into the sales process and will be able to demonstrate their knowledge, passion and expertise by handling escalations and questions around the sales and order fulfillment processes at Precision. Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $61,700 - $92,500plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
