Warehouse Supervisor

As a Warehouse Supervisor you will be responsible for directing the warehouse staff in the loading area to provide the highest levels of accuracy and efficiency. Monitor performance and improve personnel, systems and procedures. The warehouse team plays an important role in First Supply's success. Supervise daily loading operations, ensuring timely and accurate loading of shipments.
• Train, motivate, and lead packing and loading staff to enhance performance and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during loading operations.
• Conduct regular inspections of loading equipment and maintain proper records.
• Collaborate with inventory and shipping teams to schedule loading times and prioritize shipments.
• Monitor loading processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Implement best practices for loading efficiency and safety.
• Maintain a clean and organized loading area.
• Other duties/responsibilities as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years previous supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of loading procedures and safety requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Previous forklift experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
