Responsibilities

The Relationship Advisor "RA" manages a portfolio of borrowing and non-borrowing clients and is responsible for client onboarding, client servicing and proactive client solutioning.

key member of Relationship Management, the RA will serve as an integral part of the client experience assisting with deposit activity and daily cash management needs.

This individual will be response for the following essential functions.

  • New Client Onboarding & Servicing
    • Partners with relationship team to support client's onboarding journey
    • Acknowledges and orchestrates fast resolution of in-bound service inquiries
  • Partners with Relationship Manager to advise clients on risk mitigation strategies to combat money laundering and fraud
  • Proactively identifies opportunities to support client need based on client industry and life stage, partnering with Relationship Manager to conduct proactive client touchpoints

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of experience in banking/financial services industry or customer service or High School/GED with 5 years of experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Client service experience and/or client support in financial services and/or products
  • High-level familiarity of banking products
  • Demonstrated organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and complete multiple tasks in succession

The base pay for this position is relative to your experience but the range is generally $63000- 95000 annually.

Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
