About the Role: This role is a principal level, individual contributor responsible for driving the product strategy and execution of the digital lending experience for SVBs commercial division. The ideal candidate will: Demonstrate prior experience in developing seamless end-to-end digital lending experiences: Consumer like digital application with rules & decision engines for underwriting, identity/fraud checks, integrations, and operational workflow from application to booking Strong working experience as an influencer and expert storytelling strategist: defining opportunities, leveraging design and data to build business cases for funding of initiatives. Possess a strong product management background, be steeped in Design Thinking, Lean UX, agile delivery methodologies, and have a data-driven approach to decision making. Demonstrate an ability to collaborate with developers and data engineers to define the technology infrastructure. Responsibilities
Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in science, engineering, or quantitative major and 6 years of experience OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience. 8 years of Product Management/Mangement Consulting experience in Technology and/or Financial Services with a focus on lending, Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree/MBA and/or Management Consulting experience 5+ years experience launching and scaling lending products, preferred within FinTech industry Proven ability to lead, build relationships, and work effectively in cross-functional teams Strong analytical and strategic thinking with ability to effectively communicate complex concepts Strong understanding and working experience with design-thinking best practices to deliver industry-defining digital products and experiences The base pay for this position is generally between $162,000 and $191,000.00 Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
