The Green Bay Broadway Mill manufactures and distributes leading commercial and retail brands of paper products (bath tissue, napkins, and towels). Every day, GP employees and products help maintain a strong, stable economy in Northeastern Wisconsin.

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Perform routine process testing to ensure effective application of chemical programs.
  • Lead troubleshooting and repair efforts for mill-owned chemical feed systems.
  • Improve long-term reliability across mill-owned chemical systems by building effective asset strategies and executing preventative maintenance.
  • Use critical thinking and collaboration to troubleshoot equipment and machinery.
  • Support chemical/process trial activities
  • Foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with Technicians, Manufacturing Engineers, Chemical Unloaders, Mill Engineering, and external experts to maintain and improve processes.
  • Prioritize work for long-term value and remain flexible to changing conditions.

The Experience You Will Bring

  • One(1)or more years' experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or water treatment setting
  • Mechanical repair / troubleshooting knowledge
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience with Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Outlook

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Five (5) years or more of experience in the paper industry
  • Experience with Asset Strategy Development
  • Experience working with chemical applications
  • Experience working in laboratory environments
