Franklin Industrial Park 1st shift 9am - 6pm. (OT to 8pm at times) 2nd shift, 2pm - 10:30pm $20 p/hr This position will require the ability to lift up to 70/lbs at times. In this position, employees work as team to package metal bars per customer orders. Fork truck / side loader experience is a plus. Metal bundles are placed on a large roller table. Team will bust open the bundle of metal and pull out required number of bars to fill customer orders. Orders are then run through a shrink-wrapping machine then sorted and staged for our pool trucking system. This person will be working directly with the non-process team as a general warehouse employee, but they will serve more of a floated role between the different areas of the non-processing department. They will be filling smaller orders on their own, working with the team on larger orders and we plan on training them on a side loader to assist with the loader operation as well. Much of the position is heavy lifting of metal bars/polls onto the saw table for the saw operators Position: Non-Processing (metal bar packaging / order fulfillment) Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED / past warehouse experience is a plus / fork truck experience Details: We are a metal bar supplier. Employee will be working in a team environment packaging metal bars per customer orders. This is a physical job, employees must be able to lift a max weight of 70/lbs at times. Hours: Monday through Friday from 9am to 6:30pm sometimes later if needed. On busy days employees are punching out between 7pm and 7:30pm. Overtime will be available. Closed on major holidays. Pay: $20hr PPE: Employee must have steel toed boots. All other required PPE will be supplied.
