Job Summary

The Marketing Communications Intern will support marketing campaigns, trade shows, corporate events, internal messages, and social media relations.

Roles & Responsibilities

This position will:



  • Assist with trade show logistics including hotel reservations, booth deliveries, giveaways, and attendee registrations
  • Post content to corporate social media channels
  • Create, edit and "polish" PowerPoint presentations
  • Update the corporate website with new products, newsroom posts, and documentation
  • Support inter-departmental requests related to branding, messaging, and corporate style guidelines
  • Assist with posting internal announcements
  • Print and ship documents to field employees
  • Manage purchase orders and requisitions
  • Assist with setting up and sending email using Pardot



Minimum Qualifications (Experience and Skills)



  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook)


  • Strong attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
  • Strong administrative skills



Preferred Qualifications



  • Course work in Marketing, Corporate Communications, or a related role
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Interest in working for a global semiconductor organization
  • Experience with Pardot



Education Requirements



  • Completion of Junior year in college, pursing a degree in marketing, English, public relations or similar field



Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

The intern frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. This internship requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.

USD 22.43 - 33.28 per hour
