As a Local Campus Admissions Representative, you'll help change lives-one student at a time-by guiding future technicians toward their dream careers through hands-on, life-changing training. You'll coach, motivate, and collaborate with students, listen to their stories, and help them see what's possible at UTI. You'll work hard, play hard, and celebrate success in a supportive team that loves to win together.

What We Offer:

    $26.75 - $30.75 per hour

Responsibilities

    • Engage with local prospective students using a consultative approach to understand goals and motivations.

    • Present UTI, NTI, and MMI program value clearly, addressing all aspects of the student experience.

    • Provide ongoing communication and guidance throughout the student life cycle, including follow-up support.

    • Resolve concerns related to costs, policies, curriculum, and enrollment to ensure informed decisions.

    • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and collaborate with campus departments.

    • Stay current on industry trends and admissions best practices through ongoing training and development.



Qualifications

Education / Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Minimum two years sales experience, with preference given to candidates with academic admissions or telesales experience

Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in an environment that is goal oriented
  • Ability to provide flexible and adaptable work schedules
  • Ability to maintain positive attitude while working within deadlines
  • Ability to gain, understand and apply information and data as it relates to enrolling a graduate
  • Ability to use good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of personal computer software applications and customer relationship management database
  • Self-starter with excellent follow through
  • Must possess excellent organizational skills

Abilities

  • Must be able to work flexible business hours that require working nights, weekends, and holidays; occasional overtime required
  • May require minimal overnight travel.
