Summary

The position will be responsible for management of sales and marketing programs and expenditure, resolving financial and accounting issues, performing the contract content review, and training sales and marketing per company policy. The incumbent will also be responsible for detailed expenditure registration, tracking, budget vs. actual analysis, other various in-depth analysis reporting, and supporting Sales and Accounting for payment process. In addition, the position will also be responsible for month end closing and audit support for marketing and sales expenditure.

Responsibilities

* Responsible for submitting accurate sales and marketing investment promotions and programs for sales expenditure
* Reviewing sales and marketing programs and activities throughout accounts and provide guidance for proper accruals
* Responsible for periodical and ad-hoc reports and month end closing activities including account reconciliation for accrual balance
* Work closely with sales and accounts to collect requirements, information, and any relevant data to manage sales deduction
* Timely support management to manage sales and marketing expenditure
* Provide training to sales and channel for managing sales programs and expenditure

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field
* Bilingual in English and Korean
* Proficient with Excel and other ERP system experience is plus
* Comfortable engaging and communicating with sales and senior level management; excellent written and verbal communication skills required
* Experience in business analysis including financial and operational analysis is plus

Recruiting Range
$60,000 - $70,000 USD
