The Weitz Company is hiring a Prequalification Coordinator to be located in Des Moines, IA, for the Mission Critical Business Unit. The Prequalification Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the subcontractor prequalification process for an assigned business unit with hyperscale projects, to ensure qualified partners are assessed for upcoming construction projects. This role will support preconstruction, estimating and operations teams, by reviewing subcontractor pre-qualification materials, including financial, safety and other related documents to mitigate risk, ensure compliance and maintain approval status reports. The Prequalification Coordinator typically reports to the Director of Preconstruction. The Weitz Company has been Building a Better Way since 1855.
