The Team - Government Contracting Advisory Services Our team is comprised of a powerful mix of seasoned professionals with public accounting experience and business consultants with a deep expertise in government contracting across multiple industries. We take a comprehensive approach to helping clients navigate through the government contracting life cycle by assisting our clients; interpret government contracting regulatory requirements, manage compliance risk, provide advice and assistance to maintain on-going compliance with contract requirements, provide audit support, assist with business system assessments, gap assessments, compliance reviews, perform regulatory research, and other related government contracting activities. Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law, Highspring believes that the following salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure to be between $85,500 and $148,500. The individual may also be eligible for a variety of bonus and financial incentives based on individual and company performance. |
