Coborn's, Inc. is a fast-growing employee-owned grocery retailer located in the Midwest. Coborn's, Inc. also owns and operates liquor stores under the Coborn's Liquor, Cash Wise Liquor, Andy's Liquor and Captain Jack's brands. Additionally, our fuel and convenience division, pharmacy, in-house grocery warehouse and distribution center, in-house Central Bakery, in-house Fresh Foods Commissary, and Tops Cleaners are significant assets to our operations. We also have a handful of other retail entities in the markets where the fit is right: Little Dukes, Ace Hardware, Country Floral Gifts & Greenhouse, Caribou Coffee, Dunn Bros Coffee, and Erbert and Gerbert's.

The Seasonal Operations Support Worker is responsible for performing a variety of essential operational tasks and outdoor maintenance that vary by season. Duties include, but not limited to, supporting events such as parade support and outdoor sales events, groundskeeping and sanitation tasks, shoveling and snow removal, transporting and cleaning vehicles and equipment, and a variety of other operational tasks to support the business. The Seasonal Operations Support position involves active, physical work and requires the ability to perform tasks outdoors, in all types of weather, while consistently upholding safety standards and delivering high-quality results. The position is temporary and may require flexible hours depending on business needs.

Minimum Requirements:
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
* Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
* Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
* Availability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:
* Prior experience in grounds maintenance, janitorial work, or general labor
* Familiarity with operating small equipment such as mowers, snow blowers, or power washers
* Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Basic mechanical knowledge or ability to assist with light equipment maintenance
