About the RoleWe're looking for a hands-on, systems-oriented Enablement Systems Manager to lead day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of our learning and content platforms. This role is foundational to how we scale enablement at Snowflake, owning key processes and driving cross-functional collaboration across internal stakeholders, platform teams, and program leaders. You'll work within our LMS and CMS environments to ensure accuracy, scalability, and usability. You'll take the lead in identifying and implementing system improvements, coordinating enhancements across teams, and helping define governance frameworks that ensure consistency and quality across the organization.
