Job Description:



  • Manage Demand Planning, Distribution, Logistics, Wholesale and Port Operations functions for Maserati North America
  • Manage team of Logistics/SCM Specialist, oversee US ports and support Regional Sales Managers
  • Lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) to align demand, supply and financial planning (wholesale)
  • Coordinate procurement and logistics for over 115 U.S. and Canadian dealers
  • Collaborate with Maserati SpA associates specific to Demand Planning, Order fulfillment, Wholesale and Logistics
  • Analyze market trends, production, shipments and share of industry
  • Daily collaboration across Maserati North America core functions including Finance, Network, Incentives, Product, Marketing, Aftersales and Regulatory Affairs

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution, Wholesale, and Port Operations
  • Strong leadership and communications skills (written and verbal)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Able to work well in a collaborative team environment
  • Candidate must reside on the east coast of New York or Metro Detroit
