Primary Function

We are seeking a detail-oriented self-starter individual to join our team as a Property Analyst. The Property Analyst plays a vital role in providing property accountability support, ensuring the efficient operation of government program, and related logistics support activities. This position involves executing property requirements in accordance with the property management plan, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and supporting various aspects of logistics support.

Essential Duties

  • Perform property related functions identified within 3PL CSOW.
  • Execute physical inventory requirements for base contract property.
  • Facilitate recommended changes to improve processes within assigned area.
  • Maintain consistency and compliance with standard operating procedures.
  • Communicate with relevant parties to stay on track with meeting suspense deadlines.
  • Utilize scanning equipment to appropriately track assets and maintain accountability.
  • Support Property Management System Audits (PMSA) as needed.
  • Conduct research, analyze applicable data, and review Inventory Management System (IMS) reports as required.
  • Assist with property Item Unique Identification (IUID) requirements IAW regulations.
  • Assist with creating Property Shipping documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to optimize workflow.
  • Monitor movement of property assets within the organization.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely delivery.
  • Monitor and report on property assigned duties to leadership.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Knowledge of logistics principles and supply chain processes, and inventory management techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of FAR and DFAR regulations.
  • Understanding of property requirements, warehouse operations, transportation logistics, and distribution channels.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies.
  • High level of accuracy and precision in daily tasks.
  • Ability to identify errors and discrepancies in data and take appropriate corrective measures.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to coordinate and execute various projects simultaneously.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field, or combined experience.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in logistics or related roles.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and systems, such as DPAS, ERP, SAP, and/or GOLDesp.
  • Proven experience in logistics operations, property accountability, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of government property regulation principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
  • Knowledge of government regulations and standards is preferred.
