The Store Operations Co-Op will support the implementation and continuous improvement of national maintenance and equipment programs across over 4,800 retail locations. This role offers hands-on experience in facility operations, sustainability initiatives, and vendor management while contributing to high-impact projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to support store teams by ensuring smooth and efficient facility operations.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

The Store Operations Co-Op will support the implementation and continuous improvement of national maintenance and equipment programs across over 4,800 retail locations. This role offers hands-on experience in facility operations, sustainability initiatives, and vendor management while contributing to high-impact projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to support store teams by ensuring smooth and efficient facility operations.



  • Analyze 1000s of store-level invoices utilizing excel, vendor data and portals, and other resources to ensure service accuracy and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Assist in facility upgrade projects involving signage, HVAC, forklifts, and other store equipment.
  • Support sustainability initiatives by contributing to energy and waste reduction projects and ROI analysis.
  • Provide responsive customer service to store managers and coordinate with national vendors to resolve facility issues.
  • Help process purchase orders and track invoice approvals to support timely and accurate facility maintenance operations.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

FORMAL EDUCATION:

Required:



  • Pursuing a degree in Operations, Business, Facilities Management, Supply Chain, Finance or a related field.
  • Must have a HS diploma or GED
  • Currently enrolled as Junior or Senior


KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

Required:



  • MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)


Preferred:



  • Interest in facility operations, sustainability, and continuous improvement
