Design Co-Op Program

Our design co-op/ intern works collaboratively on a variety of Exterior and Interior projects including Property Management, New Residential, Corporate market segments. Design interns will be exposed to all aspects of color including appropriate use of color with regards to region of county and style of architecture, color matching, palette development, assist in the layout and design of color cards, feature wall program and exterior photo-imaging.

Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company's staff, employees, and business relationships.

Required:

You must be enrolled and at a Junior or Senior status for consideration

Working toward a Bachelors degree or Masters degree in marketing, communications, or related digital disciplines

Strong working knowledge of Mac-based graphics software including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator

Creative problem solving and analytical skills

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize

Preferred:

Minimum 3.0 GPA
