A Brief Overview The Senior L&D Specialist will create, execute, and measure programs that onboard new associates and managers, enhance performance, and develop leadership skills. The Senior L&D Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end process of developing programs-including project management, stakeholder communication, content creation, facilitation, and measurement. They will manage the day-to-day administration of national onboarding programs and initiatives that promote continuous learning. The Senior L&D Specialist will have the ability to collaborate, project plan, facilitate, and implement impactful training programs. They will constantly seek ways to improve and streamline our processes, and will keep content up to date. As we continue to refine our practices at Safelite and Belron, the Senior L&D Specialist will thrive in an environment of shifting priorities, maintain a positive attitude and embody the Safelite Spirit.
