*Description*
Key Responsibilities: Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and modules, including workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow implementations, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Participate in platform upgrades, patching, and testing. Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards. Provide technical documentation and user training as needed. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting. Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and HRSD. Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and platform architecture. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher certifications (e.g., CAD, CIS-ITSM). Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Asset Management, or Performance Analytics. Familiarity with ITIL framework and practices.
