This position will perform a variety of administrative tasks and have frequent contact with people outside the department and bank. Accuracy, attention to detail and the timely completion of tasks are essential for the Default Management department to effectively meet their goals. In addition, this position will also be responsible for handling overflow situations. This position can work a hybrid-work schedule after successful training.
Education and Experience Requirements: High school diploma/GED required. Banking or administrative experience required. Certificate, Licenses and Registration Requirements: None Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements: Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (candidate will be tested). Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Must have the ability to learn bank operations, procedures, and compliance requirements of the department. Must have ability to answer multiple phone lines and take messages; receive and prioritize mail. Essential Functions: Prepare correspondence, schedule meetings, conference rooms and coordinate travel requirements. Prepare requisitions, order supplies and assist in billing/invoice processing. Assist in the production of targeted mailing campaigns. Assist in the creation and distribution of monthly Delinquency Reports. A broad range of other duties may be assigned as required my management. All employees have the responsibility and the accountability to serve as risk managers for their businesses by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing and monitoring the risk they encounter daily as required by Dollar Bank's risk management program.
