Job Description:

  • The purpose of this engagement is to provide temporary administrative support to the Contract Management teams. The temporary employee will assist in day-to-day administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency, support customer interactions, and ensure effective contract administration.
  • To provide timely and accurate administrative support to Contract Management departments.
  • To facilitate smooth communication and documentation flow between internal teams and external customers/vendors.
  • To support contract lifecycle activities ensuring compliance and timely processing.
  • Assist in the preparation, formatting, and distribution of contract documents.
  • Maintain contract files and databases, ensuring all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
  • Monitor contract expiration dates and renewal deadlines, notifying relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the contract review process by organizing documents and facilitating communication between legal, procurement, and business units.
  • Assist in data entry and reporting related to contract compliance and performance metrics.
  • Accurate and updated customer records and reports.
  • Organized and complete contract documentation accessible to authorized personnel.
  • Timely notifications and reminders regarding contract milestones.
  • Daily logs of customer interactions and administrative activities performed.


Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably supporting Customer Service and/or Contract Management.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and contract management software (if applicable).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years of Contract Administration/Management Experience.
