Location Hybrid - 1-2 days/week on site in our Minneapolis office, our Roseville office, or attending events Join Our Dynamic Market Transformation Team We are looking for a Program Coordinator to join our growing Market Transformation team! This role will report to the Residential ASHP Initiative Manager. The Market Transformation team is responsible for accelerating the adoption of energy efficiency and decarbonization technologies. As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating successful and engaging events, drafting written communications and initiative reports, coordinating and developing presentations for meetings, helping to coordinate progress on key priorities among other responsibilities. This role typically has a wide variety of day-to-day tasks and has an opportunity to get involved in many different aspects of the program. This role includes a large degree of internal collaboration as well as external engagement with contractors, local governments, and utilities. People who thrive in this role tend to be highly organized, interested in learning and pitching in across a wide variety of tasks, and have an eye for continuous improvement. Preferred Qualifications
Compensation Dependent on qualifications and experience, we expect the pay range upon hire for this position will be $25.00 - $26.50 per hour.
