The Supply Chain Analyst handles general operations, inventories, and forecasts with a smaller scope of responsibility or complexity. They will achieve program, functional, and/or business targets within the team with indirect impact on departmental results. This role is based out of Ivyland, PA and would require this individual to be on site regularly.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Communicates with employees within the immediate team on matters related to the department.

  • May contribute to recommended enhancements in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness within the team.

  • Typically reports to a department supervisor or manager.

  • May influence parties within the team at a program/process level regarding concepts, practices, and approaches.

  • Problems require professional judgment, interpretation, or deviation from standard operations, but within the knowledge of policy application.

  • May be responsible for contributing to recommended enhancements in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness within a team.

  • Jobs at this level are focused on self-development.

  • Entry-level professional; at hire follows standard processes and works under closer supervision, then more independently.

  • Work is assigned by others within smaller, less complex projects/assignments.

  • Typically performs within department teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or Finance or equivalent working experience

  • 3+ years of inventory control, demand planning, purchasing, supply chain, buying and/or procurement

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Manufacturing experience

  • Experience with Oracle or ERP system

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
