STV is seeking a CEI Project Administrator / Project Engineer to join our growing Transportation team in South Florida. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute immediately to the delivery and oversight of critical transportation infrastructure projects across Florida. With a strong backlog of work and expanding partnerships with FDOT and local agencies, this role offers long-term career potential in a dynamic and supportive team environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates effectively, and has experience leading teams and managing the complexities of field-based construction projects. ABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. EXPERIENCE: For Candidate's with either their Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management degrees: For personnel without Engineering, Engineering Technology or Construction Management degrees: * Eight (8) years of CEI or roadway or bridge construction experience, * Two (2) of those years involved in relevant transportation projects. QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATIONS: Qualifications/certifications for this position may be obtained within six (6) months from the date of hire provided that this position works under the supervision and direction of a Senior Project Engineer, all other requirements for the position are met, and a training plan is submitted detailing when the qualifications/certifications will be obtained. * FDOT Advanced MOT. * CTQP Final Estimates Level II. * CTQP Quality Control Manager (Attend and pass the examination).
