Job Purpose This position is for a .NET Developer to design, develop, and maintain software applications using the Microsoft .NET framework along with exposure to cloud development concepts. Key Accountabilities We are looking for a proficient .NET developer to build and maintain secure, scalable applications using C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core. The role involves integrating Azure services (Functions, App Services, Logic Apps) to enhance system performance. The incumbent will work in an Agile/Scrum environment alongside product managers, designers, QA engineers, and developers to deliver new features. Key responsibilities willinclude writing clean, maintainable code, participating in code reviews, and contributing to architectural decisions. Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills are essential. Visa sponsorship This position is not eligible for any work visa sponsorship. Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Education / Certification: Bachelors' degree in Information Technology, Computer Science / Engineering, or any other related field of study and/or, equivalent work experience. Highly desirables: Certification in cloud technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals). Other job specific skills: 2 to 4 years experience with degree or 6+ years relevant work experience 3+ years experience as a .NET Developer with a basic understanding of cloud development a plus. Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core. Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services. Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. Basic knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Experience with microservices architecture. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
