Job Description:
Holt Machinery Company is seeking a reliable and skilled Equipment Lube/Maintenance Mechanic to perform preventative maintenance, lubrication, and basic mechanical services on heavy equipment and machinery. Responsibilities include fluid and filter changes, inspections, minor repairs, and maintaining service records. The ideal candidate will have experience with diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and construction or industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled lube services and fluid checks on equipment
Inspect machinery for wear, damage, or safety issues
Change oil, filters, hydraulic fluids, and lubricants
Assist with minor mechanical repairs and adjustments
Maintain accurate service records and logs
Ensure safe operation and adherence to company policies

Qualifications:

Prior experience in equipment maintenance or similar role
Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and tools
Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols

Must have some basic tools
