Position Title: Line Worker - 3rd Shift
Wage: $19.99/hour Shift: 3rd Hours: 11:00pm - 7:00am Join a fast-paced, team-driven environment on 3rd shift as a Line Worker in a dynamic food manufacturing facility in Plover, WI! You'll rotate through key positions on the Appetizer line, visually inspect and grade products, and ensure only top-quality items move forward-all while maintaining strict safety and cleanliness standards. This role is ideal for reliable, detail-oriented individuals with a strong work ethic and the physical stamina to work in a cool, high-energy setting. Line Worker Responsibilities: - Estimate weight of product visually - Verify count, inspect and handle product, as required by its nature, to determine grade and identify substandard products - Place rejected products and individual grades of products in designated piles, containers, or areas; add supplemental product in order to bring original product into specifications - Notify Supervisor of any mechanical or material issues - Rotate through various positions on the Appetizer line - Help out in other areas of the plant as required by production demands as requested - Maintain a safe and clean work area - Maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards and good manufacturing practices Requirements for Line Worker: - Able to walk, stand and lift up to 35lbs throughout shift - Able to work in varying temperatures with loud noise levels - Excellent vision, distant and peripheral, with the ability to identify and distinguish colors, and adjust focus - Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals - Demonstrate reliability and good work ethic - Strong attention to detail - Quality focused; able to follow all personal and food safety requirements - Outstanding attendance record and team focus to meet and exceed customer expectations - Able to certify and provide accurate identification as required for verification purposes and authorize the sharing of this information with client for security and compliance measures wausau@qpsemployment.com IND050 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
