Reporting to the Director of Admissions Operations, the Associate Director of Admissions Systems is responsible for leading and coordinating the strategic use of information technology systems to support Enrollment Management at the Prescott campus. This position oversees admissions systems with the goal of enhancing student recruitment, application processing, decision-making, and enrollment efforts.

In close collaboration with Enrollment Management leadership, the Associate Director will provide direction and oversight for all initiatives related to operational support, system optimization, and the continuous improvement of admissions-related business processes and data integrity.

This role manages day-to-day operations and supervision of personnel and systems within the Enrollment Management portfolio, including the Student Information System (Campus Solutions), Customer Relationship Management platform (Salesforce), Business Intelligence tools, and other campus-based systems. The Associate Director will proactively define the strategic direction for leveraging technology to meet evolving enrollment objectives.

Additionally, this role serves as a key liaison between the Office of Admissions and the Information Technology department, providing operational support, managing system releases, and contributing to the development and enhancement of school-based applications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field

3-5 years of experience in Admissions

Knowledge of admissions practices; Ability to communicate well with all levels of University staff and administration; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Experience with SQL or similar programming language; Experience with project management; Experience with document imaging and workflow (Oracle Product); Experience with business process documentation; Experience managing data and creating reports and dashboards; Ability to assess the training needs of a variety of end-users
