Description We are seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Technician at our Spring Hill, TN facility! EXPERIENCE PREFERRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED!! Starting pay $20/hr. Plus all of these benefits: Field Bonus!! You will be an important part of a permanent two-man team who managed and maintained the roof systems on a large automobile assembly plant for over 35 years. You will be responsible for investigating, locating, and repairing leaks and defects in commercial roofing systems. As well as performing preventative maintenance to maximize roof life. Commercial Roofing Service Technician Responsibilities: Removal and installation of all types of commercial roof systems including: TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, and sloped metal roof systems Roof maintenance and repairs Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines. Maintain professional interaction with all customers. Manage and maintain your effort, appearance, attitude, and professionalism to the highest standards Commercial Roofing Service Technician Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old No experience necessary, just a willingness to bring a great attitude and desire to get things done A valid driver's license Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers.
