How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

The Expediter - Aftermarket is responsible for managing the aftermarket spare parts, from order entry to delivery to our customers. This requires managing logistics, resolving issues arising from the competing priorities, communicating with customers on order status including potential delays, and other issues that may arise. This is a client facing position and key responsibility of this position is to ensure on time delivery of spare parts to our customers.

Job Duties

  • Planning and Monitoring all spare part orders

  • Ensures that processes required for orders (purchase orders / work orders / shipment documentation / export compliance) are done in a timely manner

  • Provides feedback to customer facing teams with tracking / ETA for shipments

  • Researches process improvements and implement best practices for timely deliveries

  • Responds to any part issues or complaint

  • Other Duties as required.

Education & Experience
  • High School Education with manufacturing background is required

  • 2-4 years in a manufacturing environment, preferably in production or repair center.

  • General Technical knowledge

The annual base pay rate range for this position in California is $22.33 - $27.91 per hour. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Air Liquide considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
