Responsibilities

At ALTOUR, our people are the most important resource. We're looking for a highly skilled recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in agency recruiting, along with a deep knowledge of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring processes in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking someone who is passionate about discovering untapped talent, driving company growth, and helping people develop successful careers. The Recruiter is responsible for maintaining a full network of qualified candidates and gaining a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for every role, and for meeting competitive hiring goals and expectations.

    Responsible for managing full cycle recruiting process from Recruiting Strategy Meetings with leaders, developing, and implementing sourcing strategy, screening, and interviewing through the offer process.
  • Utilizes a consultative approach with hiring managers and HR Business Partner to assess skill requirements and devise appropriate talent strategies.
  • Deeply understands the organization's mission and core values as a tool to influence offer acceptance.
  • Demonstrates appropriate urgency, persistence and follow through with candidates and business partners to meet recruiting objectives.
  • Develop deep understanding of business structures, ideal candidate profiles, and market trends to guide strategic hiring decisions.
  • Foster high-touch relationships and create a database of qualified candidates to choose from when positions become open.
  • Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates and prospecting for new passive candidates.
  • Ensures the company attracts, hires, and retains the best talent while growing a strong talent pipeline through various recruitment tools and methods.
  • Reviews, screens, and interviews qualified and diverse candidates and coordinates the interview process for hiring managers.
  • Manage the full recruiting cycle across all assigned roles.
  • Maintains an up-to-date understanding of company policies, procedures and commonly accepted business practices to effectively answer questions and requests relating to Benefits, HR, Payroll and Time Reporting.
  • Partner with recruiting team, hiring manager and HR team, to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies, as needed.
  • Ensures compliance with state and federal laws in regard to recruitment, applicant tracking, interview questions etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • College degree with concentration in Human Resources preferred.
  • Strong understanding of behavioral interviewing best practices
  • A minimum of 5 years of agency recruitment experience in a high volume, fast paced environment.
  • Proven success sourcing talent through various tools and social media, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
  • Must be able to build influential relationships with candidates.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills (analyzing information and troubleshooting problems) with high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates technical savvy interacting with varying combinations of Talent Acquisition tools and other tracking systems preferably iCIMS.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.

The salary range on this job posting/advertising has been developed to give applicants a wide range to comply with pay transparency laws in all states and geographical areas. The salary range posted represents the pay range for U.S. candidates. This role may be eligible for an incentive, commission, bonus, or a discretionary bonus program based on the company's financial goal achievement and individual performance.
