Our expert Bell Labs Consulting global team thrives on entrepreneurial spirit, deep tech fluency, and client-centricity. This role offers a path to broader leadership, requiring both strategic consulting excellence and the ability to grow into leading the global organization.

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of creating and growing profitable relationships with customers, including large, multi-geographic accounts and new business opportunities in the North American region. Through direct engagement and strategic account planning, you'll help shape and deliver Bell Labs Consulting's cutting-edge offerings. You'll manage customer interactions, drive sales growth while meeting defined sales targets. This is a full-spectrum role, covering everything from sales to successful delivery, giving you ownership and visibility across the consulting business lifecycle drawing on your many years experience in a similar technology consulting role.

We are looking for a Senior Regional Sales Partner to drive C-level client impact and shape strategic technology advisory engagements across the North American (NAM) region. In this role, you will:

  • Lead complex, high-value consulting engagements that fuse bold future-back thinking with deep technology insight-delivering actionable strategies to clients, while ensure rigorous delivery of consulting projects with a focus on quality, impact, and client success.
  • Build and grow your own business pipeline, taking full ownership of a personal sales quota through trust-based relationships with C-suite clients across key global markets.
  • Responsible for tailored, highly competitive proposals together with our consulting and technical experts-connecting advanced technologies such as AI, cloud, and networks within the telecoms domain for measurable business value.
  • Represent Bell Labs Consulting externally through keynotes, panels, and publications that shape industry conversation and elevate our presence as a premier advisory partner.
  • Contribute to the growth and evolution of our organization, with the potential to take on broader leadership responsibilities-developing talent, enhancing delivery models, and shaping our long-term strategic direction.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in defining the future of technology strategy advisory at Bell Labs Consulting, and in building enduring impact for our clients and team alike.

  • Proven Sales Experience: Extensive background in managing large B2B accounts within the telecom sector with a consistent record of personally originating and closing consulting business, including ownership of a sales quota and global client portfolio.
  • Educational Background: Master's degree or higher in a scientific, technological, engineering, or mathematical field, with at least 15 years of experience in top-tier strategy or technology consulting within the telecoms sector. Additional business degree is a plus in context of techno-economic business modelling.
  • Strategic Thinking: Great analytical skills and business acumen to drive complex deals. A strategic thinker with a systems mindset and the ability to connect technology trends, market dynamics, and policy into coherent, forward-looking strategies.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of customer challenges within the telecoms sector, market trends and the competitive landscape. Deep expertise in one or more areas such as digital transformation, AI, cloud, networks, or emerging technologies with the ability to translate innovation into business value. Consultancy for verticals and enterprises around digitalization and communication systems is a plus.
  • Technology Expertise: A proven track record of leading complex, multi-year consulting engagements with C-level stakeholders, delivering high-impact strategies across technology, infrastructure, or public sectors.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and influence stakeholders across functions, cultures and time zones.
  • Great communication and executive presence: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and C-level engagement skills. Outstanding storytelling and communication skills to influence strategic decision-making at board and ministerial levels.
