For those seeking immediate openings, we invite you to visit our ENGIE career page to explore current opportunities What You Can Expect TheQuality Director (QD) provides strategic leadership for the quality department, guiding a team of quality professionals in executing all aspects of the ENGIE Quality Management System (QMS), including control functions, procedures, and metrics. This role supports company-wide operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvement in quality processes, to foster a culture of quality and excellence. The Quality Director (QD) oversees multiple renewable energy projects across North America, providing complete oversight of the construction and staffing throughout each phase of the large utility-scale projects. A key focus is supporting cross-functional teams including development, engineering, permitting, supply chain, contracts, pre-construction, and Delivery Project Managers. The Quality Director (QD) also provides leadership and guidance to site construction managers and field teams, driving operational excellence and project success across diverse locations and renewable technologies.
