TITLE: AI Specialist POSITION OBJECTIVE: The AI specialist provides technical assistance and coordination to information systems to end users including analyzing user requirements, planning and designing interfaces, coding, testing applications, writing documentation, troubleshooting technical issues and resolving hardware and application problems. QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science/Management Information System, or related fields. An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may apply.
- Prior experience must include: Object-Oriented programming: VB.Net and / or C#; Database programming & Management: MS_SQL; Network Administration, and 2+ years working with AI.
- Preferred knowledge and experience with Grape City Active Reports and Office 365 administration
- Candidate should have strong communication skills, be an innovative thinker, strong problem-solving skills, work well in a team environment, and possess strong customer relationship and customer support skills. Individual should demonstrate innovative qualities to explore new technologies, which improve the efficiency of the factory environment.
- Must be flexible and able to multi-task and be able to work within deadlines.
- Highly motivated, strong team orientation, attention to detail, and well-developed problem resolution and organizational skills
- Work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary
- Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coding, testing applications, writing documentation, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving hardware and application problems.
- Understand and translate business needs into AI models and solutions.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to improve software's artificial intelligence.
- Test AI models and software to ensure their functionality and reliability.
- Debug and solve problems related to AI software and systems.
- Design, develop, and implement applications using SQL, VB.Net, C#, as required.
- Debug, enhance & maintain current computer system programs running in VB6, VB.Net, and C#.
- Help prepare SOPs for company software.
- Purchase and deploy IT hardware.
