The technician will coordinate with network engineers, perform basic diagnostics, label infrastructure, and maintain accurate documentation. Travel between locations and daily reporting are required. *
*****Network Technician (Contract, On-Site) *Responsibilities:* * Identify and document devices (PCs, printers, VoIP phones, etc.) * Trace cables to switches; label and record port connections * Capture and verify IP, subnet, gateway, and DNS settings * Assist engineers with connectivity validation * Perform ping/connectivity tests and report issues * Label devices and update network diagrams or spreadsheets * Travel to various sites; submit daily/site reports *Skills:* *Hardware, Router, Install, Troubleshooting, Support, WLAN, Cisco switches. Strong communication skills required for user interaction* **Experience preferred but hiring new professionals with certifications and education * *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
