  • The Applied Behavior Analyst Tech (ABA) therapist will be responsible for working closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement 1:1 or group interventions using Applied Behavior Analysis techniques to children with autism and related disorders.
  • This person will implement behavioral treatment plans in a clinic-based program
  • The ABA therapist will be responsible for data collection of patient's progress, providing regular progress reports and meeting with the BCBA and patient family
  • Therapist may also provide assistance in parent training and development of program and teaching materials.

Shift Hours: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm - No Weekends

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:



  • Bachelor's degree required. Degree in psychology, education, social work, behavioral sciences, human development or related fields, preferred.
  • At least 6 months experience working directly with children. Self-motivated, highly organized individual.
  • Able to work independently but also within a team environment.
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours and be available by phone/email, as needed by BCBA, other clinical staff, and CADD Medical Director.
