Appian is seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) in a dynamic, high-growth environment. In this high-visibility role, you'll play a critical part in enabling the CRO to focus on strategic priorities by managing daily operations, streamlining communications, and ensuring execution on key initiatives. Success in this position requires sound judgment, discretion, and exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage a dynamic calendar, including scheduling meetings across time zones, prioritizing appointments, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, accommodations, and itineraries using platforms such as Concur.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, briefing materials, and post-meeting follow-up actions for both internal and external engagements.
  • Act as a liaison between the CRO and internal stakeholders, clients, and partners, ensuring timely communication and task completion.
  • Track and help drive progress on key revenue projects and priorities, including milestone and deliverable tracking.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the highest level of integrity.
  • Anticipate executive needs and provide proactive, reliable support with limited oversight.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and HR to support broader operational effectiveness.
  • Leverage tools such as Salesforce, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management platforms to streamline daily workflows.



Qualifications:



  • Proven experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a high-growth technology or SaaS environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to interact professionally at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Concur, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet).
  • Discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential or sensitive information.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working independently.
