DESCRIPTION: Coordination of asset inventory, documentation, deployment, and testing of EUD Epic readiness Lead a team of field service team members for various readiness activities Preparing reports, coordinating schedules, and handling other administrative duties Utilize clinical and IT expertise to assess risks and identify opportunities throughout the project lifecycle. Serve as the primary field services IT Analyst for a designated location(s) Key Skills and Qualities: Extensive Technical Field Services knowledge Familiarity with Service Now Asset Management Module Experience with Epic TDR Readiness Activities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Clinical Technical and workflow knowledge is preferred. Ability to mentor and direct new team members in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: BS/BA in related discipline or Advanced degree (or equivalent Work experience). Five to eight (5-8) years of successful experience in related field. ITIL and or other industry certification, preferred. PMP, preferred. Experience in a Health Care environment and familiarity with HIPAA, preferred.
