Offer Based on Years of Experience What You Need to Know The VP, People Analytics will lead an advanced people analytics function that provides AccentCare with strategic differentiation gained through our talent attraction and retention strategies. This critical role will have accountability for building and leveraging workforce analytics that drive actionable business insights and contribute to our growth and capacity priorities. The scope of analytics is broad, including attrition, hiring, compensation (salary, merit, incentives), performance management, workforce plans, succession and development. AI automation is rapidly changing the field of people analytics by automating traditional reporting tasks and freeing up capacity for advanced analytics and strategic research. Working closely with the IT team, this position also will have accountability for the creation and execution of Human Resource's AI strategic plan that will drive competitive advantage and efficiencies. This leader will play a critical role not only within the People organization, but across all of AccentCare and will have the opportunity to play a key role in the future success of the company.
