Responsibilities

The Senior Client Relationship Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, partners, and stakeholders. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance client satisfaction, loyalty, and engagement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the retirement industry and a proven track record in relationship management.

  • Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Strategic Planning:Develop and implement relationship management strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Client Retention:Implement initiatives to improve client retention and satisfaction.
  • Customized Education: Partner with Participant Education Consultants to design and implement customized education campaigns for key clients.
  • Sales Support: Support Regional Sales Directors in presenting services available to partners and key client.
  • Market Analysis:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to client management.
  • Reporting:Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on relationship management activities and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
  • 7-10 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the retirement or financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Comfortable presenting to Retirement Plan and/or Investment Committees
  • In-depth knowledge of the retirement industry and its products/services.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and data to make informed decisions.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience plus potential for annual merit increase.
