Job Description Interacts with customers via phone, emails, and meetings to support order information and questions for aerospace fastener products Works with Engineering and Production Control and prepares price quotations or bids based on knowledge of material and labor costs and manufacturing schedules and processes. Submits bids to customer for examination and approval. Follows up on submitted bids. Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database. Develops and maintains relationships with customers. Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries. Other duties may be assigned. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related aerospace fastener experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Contact Management systems; Internet software; Inventory software; Order processing systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $21.00 to $26.00 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter . Employees will receive 80 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays.
