Manager Trainee

Pay: $15 - $20/hour (based on experience)

Essential Functions:

As a Manager Trainee, you'll receive comprehensive training in retail operations, metal product sales, and warehouse management. You'll gain valuable experience in sales, inventory control, customer service, and metal fabrication-while playing a key role in daily operations. If you enjoy learning new skills, working with customers, and being part of a high-performing team, this opportunity is for you!

• Assist customers with product selection and pricing
• Process in-person and phone sales transactions
• Manage shipping, receiving, and inventory
• Complete necessary paperwork including invoices and reports
• Fabricate metal building components using shop tools
• Operate forklifts, shears, packaging tools, and related equipment

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the metals or construction industry
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using hand and power tools (e.g., wrenches, screw guns, chop saws)
• Proficient with office equipment and basic computer use
• Solid math and geometry skills
• Safety-conscious and detail-oriented
