Responsibilities

  • Provides day-to-day leadership and oversight to MedAc and CME Specialists, ensuring alignment with program goals and service standards.
  • Manages and enhances reporting systems and data management processes to support program evaluation and strategic decision-making.
  • Leads the development and implementation of centralized administrative functions to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Monitors performance metrics and supports continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business unit and organizational objectives.

  • Ensures compliance with institutional policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in healthcare, Human Resources or related field required; Bachelor's preferred
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in student placement or clinical setting
  • 2 years of experience in professional or technical role/function
  • Consideration will be made for internal candidates who may not meet all the above requirements

Position Summary

The Medical Academics Supervisor provides strategic administrative and operational oversight for programs supported by the Medical Academics (MedAc) and Continuing Medical Education (CME) Specialists. This role is responsible for supervising reporting and data management processes, while leading the implementation of centralized administrative functions to enhance operational efficiency. The Supervisor ensures high standards of customer service, employee engagement, and project execution aligned with departmental and organizational goals.

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $76,710.00 - $110,365.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
