The Career Navigator Program Manager serves as the primary contact to assist our employees with identifying and achieving their career goals. The Career Navigator will provide guidance on career progression and pathways, professional development opportunities, career coaching and advising, and funding resources. This position requires independent judgement and discretion. This position will support and manage the educational assistance programs for Covenant Health caregivers as education assistance initiatives continue to grow. This role will lead new projects and initiatives to build internal workforce pipelines for Covenant, including outreach, recruitment, and events. The Career Navigator will be a resource for employees at all levels of the company.

Please note the following important details regarding this position:

• This role is a hybrid position, working a combination of in office / work from home weekly
• The weekly hybrid work schedule will be defined by manager and departmental needs
• This role requires for you to be located within a commutable distance of our office location listed below:
• Texas: Lubbock
• This role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends on an as needed basis defined by manager and departmental needs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, counseling, education, human resources, or another related field of study -OR- a combination of equivalent education and work experience
• 2 years background in population health, education, recruitment, and/or workforce diversity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree
• Upon hire: Career coaching certification, such as Global Career Development Facilitator, International Coach Federation, etc.
